The billing company for TopBear.com is "TopBear Entertainment Inc."
and any charge will discreetly appear as "TopBear Entertainment"

The 1-month membership will renew automatically until cancelled,
whereas the 3-month, 6-month and 1-year memberships are one time charges only and
will have to be re-authorized by you at the end of the membership term. |

If you prefer to pay by money order, you can mail in your subscription fee
in US currency along with the following information:
Name, Email Address, Street Address, City/State, Zip(Postal Code), Country,
Date of Birth, Username(Alpha-numeric and at least 3 characters), and
Password(Alpha-numeric and at least 3 characters). You'll also need to state
in your request that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and wish to view adult material. |

We currently utilize a "password renewal" system. If your Premium password is not
working and you are unable to access the site, you can visit the
following link to have your password renewed. By entering your 4-12
digit Member ID number found in your confirmation email, the system will
look up your password and attempt to re-insert it.

In order to cancel your existing membership, you will need to provide
two pieces of identification from the following list: Member ID from
your email receipt, credit card or checking account number, your email
address, or your username used to access the site. Both your Username
and Member ID were sent to you in an Order Confirmation email when you
purchased your membership. Upon submitting your information, your
membership will be terminated at the end of your current billing period.
This means that your Username and Password will be active until the end
of your current recurring billing cycle. You will not be billed
again after that.
